About Yarrow Point
The first known residents of Yarrow Point was the Hatchuabsh Tribe, but it was William Easter who constructed the first home in Yarrow Point in 1886. Leigh Hunt acquired the majority of the land in Yarrow Point in 1888 and named it after Scotlands Yarrow River.
Yarrow Point is known for its luxurious homes and high property values. The town is primarily residential, with a mix of large estates and smaller, more modest homes. Many of the homes in Yarrow Point have beautiful views of Lake Washington and the surrounding mountains, and some even have private docks for boating and water activities. Due to its prime location and upscale character, real estate in Yarrow Point tends to be quite expensive.
