About View Ridge
View Ridge was originally part of the Sand Point Naval Air Station, which was established in 1920. The neighborhood was developed in the 1940s and 1950s, after the closure of the air station in 1946. The area was originally marketed as a “garden community” with large lots and green spaces, and it quickly became a desirable location for families.
View Ridge has a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos, with most of the properties being single-family homes.
