Madison Park

Sitting on Lake Washington, Madison Park has long been considered an affluent neighborhood in Seattle. Originally a summer hunting and recreation ground for the Duwamish tribe, it is easy to see why Madison Park has become a popular neighborhood within which to live.

Close to downtown, Madison Park feels miles away from the city with its lakeside beaches and upscale boutiques. Madison Park is also home to University of Washington's Arboretum & Botanical Garden - with some of the nicest walking trails in all of Seattle.

If you have any questions about Madison Park I'd be happy to help.
