Lake Hills was originally developed in the 1950’s as a planned community centered by the Shopping Center. For this reason, most Lake Hills homes are single-family and the area is highly community centric. The neighborhood is the most populous within Bellevue and is home to the Bellevue College.
Lake Hills has a lot of open space, thanks in part to the Lake Hills Greenbelt, a wetland corridor connecting Phantom Lake with Larson Lake.
Robinswood Community Park is a great gathering place for the residents of Lake Hills with an indoor tennis center, athletic fields and off-leash dog park.
